*Due to extreme weather conditions packages being delivered to the East Coast may be delayed. Scanning and delivery confirmations may be delayed as well. Please check in with your courier for service alerts due to the severe storms. You may also contact us for additional support. One of our agents will be happy to assist you!

We ship within the U.S only. After your order is placed there is a processing time of 24-48 business hours. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

We have the following shipping options within the United States:

UPS Standard | 3-7 Business Days $5.00 * no signature required

UPS Expedited | 1-2 Business Days $8.00 * no signature required

Order cutoff 12:00 PM CST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will be shipped out the following business day.

UPS Expedited is from the time your order has been fully processed and is based on 2 business days for shipping, which excludes weekends & Holidays.
